How to Use This Guide

The purpose of this guide is to allow the individual user to make informed food selections. With this goal in mind, this guide can be used in three ways. [Pg.3]

We recommend that for a specific diet or recipe the guide be used to first select foods that have the least number of chemicals. If a food contains moderate, high, or very high levels of contaminants, it is recommended that an organic product be substituted. [Pg.3]
