Greece has implemented Directive 2001/83/EC (as amended) into their national legislative framework of ministerial decrees. Some of the main provisions about prescription-only medicines include  

The Greek pharmaceutical industry association, the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE), has issued a code of practice on the promotion of prescription-only medicines.

Greek Labour Inspectorate (SEPE). Legal basis. Presidential Decree 136/99 

Enforcement powers. The SEPE is organised on Ihe bms of a central service and regional sovices SEPE Occupational Risk Prevoition Centres and local departments when in need of extra expert assistance in enforcing the OELs have access to the scientific wd technical suiqKMrt of the Centre of Hedth and Safely at Work (KYAE). 

The basic objective of the Labour Inspectorate is to monitor the implementation of the provisions of labour legislation in respect of team and conditions of employment (such as working time limits and pay) the legality of employment the investigation of workers social insurance coverage as well as workers health and safety conditions. 

The labour ii ector may impose sanctions on any employer, manuf turer, producer, importer or suf lier who iofiinges the provisions of the health and safety laws or the inovisions of the presidents decrees or ministerial decisions issued under the terms of these kws, which ranges fiom  

The Minister of Labour may impose the following sanctions, after receiving a reasoned report fi om the labour inspector

Procedures for the collection of whole blood are similar throughout the world. An interval from at least 8 weeks (United States) to 12 weeks (United Kingdom) is required between a donation of 450 mL blood, which yields about 250 mL plasma. In some countries a smaller volume of blood is collected, eg, 350—400 mL in Italy, Greece, and Turkey and as Httie as 250 mL in some Asian countries (147). Regulations concerning plasmapheresis donations vary more widely across the world eg, up to 300 mL of plasma can be taken in Europe in contrast to 1000 mL in the United States, both on a weekly basis. Consequentiy, both the mode of donation and the country in which it is given can have a profound effect on plasma collection (Table 6).

Tile. A versatile product, tile is traced back to ancient Greece, China, and Japan. Tile (35) has high fire resistance and is offered in a variety of textures and styles. Both clay and concrete tiles are relatively heavy and require a more robust stmcture than those used for asphalt shingles.
