The Hj-receptor blockers include cimetidine, famotidine, and ranitidine. These drugs are used to decrease gastric acid secretion in the treatment of peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disorder, and hypersecretory conditions, such as Zollinger-ElUson syndrome.
