Each day for almost 3 months nonstop we trained up to 30 employees, managers, and union members on the 1-day inspection and auditing courses. Line managers, union representatives, and safety staff attended the 5 days training required for safety and health representatives, and a five-star safety and health representative jacket was presented to all who completed the course. This jacket became a prize possession, and employees flocked to the training to complete the courses and be presented with this jacket. I watched many an employee receive his or her jacket and attendance certificate from the general manager at the final class presentation, and there was a look of pride and achievement on the employee s face when he or she first donned the jacket. The employees wore it with pride. 

In the twenty-first century, an ever-growing number of men and women are flocking to the Internet and World Wide Web to make purchases of products and to engage services from different providers. One type of product line that now is offered in abundance on the Internet is that of vitamins and dietary, food, and nutritional supplements. At the present time there are literally thousands of different website venues that cater to people who are interested in purchasing and utilizing vitamins and other nutritional supplements. 

A variety of methods of application are possible namely spraying by flock gun, flame gun, electrostatic gun and other electrostatic techniques, as well as fluidised bed dipping, vacuum coating and cast lining. These will be described later when discussing the coating materials in detail. 

With modern bale-reducing systems, up to 80 bales are lined up on the floor and reduced by a programmable bale breaker in layers from top to bottom. Fiber flocks are removed mechanically with the help of beaters (Fig. 3.3). The fiber flocks are then transported by air streams through pipelines. 

A multiple mixer (Figure 3.5) is composed of multiple chambers lined up behind each other. There are two working principles either flocks that had been fed at the same time are processed at different times, or flocks fed at different times are processed at the same time.
