Financial Services Authority

There has, for instance, been a growth in integrated regulatory agencies. In Britain these include HSE, the Environment Agency, and the Financial Services Authority... 

The TGA in Australia, the MEB in the Netherlands and the Medicines Control Agency in Zimbabwe are financed entirely by the fees and charges they collect. Unlike the countries mentioned above, these dmg regulatory authorities have full powers to dispose of the revenue they collect. And because their financial viability depends on the revenue they generate, fees and charges reflect the real cost of services.

Although these accusations were entirely unfounded and failed to survive any legal verification, the get Leuchter campaign, with the co-operation of mainstream journalists and editors, was successful. Leuchter s contracts with state authorities for the manufacture, installation, and servicing of execution hardware were cancelled. He was financially forced out of his home in Massachusetts and had to find private work elsewhere. No American has suffered more for his defiance of the Holocaust lobby.

Additionally the French authorities have implemented specific regulations in order to prevent non-declared taxable activities. According to French law any person or entity that executes a services agreement providing for financial compensation of 3000 or more per year must verify that the service provider (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) complies with tax and social security obligations. The beneficiary of this service (e.g. the pharmaceutical company) must request evidence of compliance with these regulations every six months for the duration of the contract. The documentation required is listed in Article R.324-4 of the French Labor Code. If a beneficiary of a service (e.g. the pharmaceutical company) fails to do this they may themselves be liable for the payment of these taxes/ ...
