The global geochemical background and enormous industrial environmental pollution have increased, thus, there are all the bases to speak about the beginning of biogeochemical formation development which has a direct influence on the ecological system condition in general as well as on the population health.

Currently, ethanol is produced from sugar beets and from molasses. A typical yield is 72.5 liters of ethanol per ton of sugar cane. Modem crops yield 60 tons of sugar cane per hector of land. Production of ethanol from biomass is one way to reduce both the consumption of erode oil and environmental pollution. Domestic production and use of ethanol for fuel can decrease dependence on foreign oil, reduce trade deficits, create jobs in rural areas, reduce air pollution, and reduce global climate change carbon dioxide build-up.

The direction of human activity is determined by the intensity of pollution, time the pollution lasted (waste utilization), cost of environmental cleaning, amount of investment in the renewal of resources and in the prevention of environmental pollution, investment in industry and agriculture, rate of natural resource expenditure, and search for new sources, etc. The hypothetical trends of these processes should be set in order to realize the predictions using the global model. 

Recently, Harrison and Sharp and Irvine summarized the hypothesis and status of evidence implicating endocrine disruption and their adverse impacts on human health (Sharp and Skakkebaek, 1993 Harrison, 2001 Sharp and Irvine, 2004). They outlined that exposure of the fetal/ developing male to environmental pollutants resulted in hypospadias, cryptorchidism, prostrate cancer, testicular cancer, a global decrease in sperm counts, and decreased male reproductive capacity. Detrimental effects in women include breast cancer, cystic ovaries, and endometriosis.
