Compliance programs management review

The initial step of the circular safety management technique is to select a methodology through which to keep track of the important dates and information regarding each compliance program. This is the safety and health professional s preference. Different methods include computer database, written calendar, action planning format, and other methods. The key is to be able to return to the program for review each year at the same time period to complete the review. 

Beyond that it will depend on what kind of shape your compliance program is in. If you have adequate safety management controls in place and have been following them, you won t need to do much. Just make sure you have all required records available when the investigator arrives. Make sure you are up to date with the filing of paperwork, and review the regulations and your compliance program so you will be prepared to respond to questions. 

The policy statement should be communicated and made readily accessible to all employees and should be reviewed and revised by top management as often as necessary. Periodic review and documentation of a sites activities in managing aspects of personnel and process safety is often a part of an organization s culture. A good audit can measure the actual versus intended effectiveness of various programs.

Source Code Reviews are used to ensure that controlled development and a consistent programming style have been used. It also checks GMP critical features. Source Code Reviews need a standard against which to check, and programming practices for all programs should be documented. An audit of the supplier s compliance with its own quality management procedures should have been carried out to ensure that appropriate quality is being built into the system.
