The initial step of the circular safety management technique is to select a methodology through which to keep track of the important dates and information regarding each compliance program. This is the safety and health professional s preference. Different methods include computer database, written calendar, action planning format, and other methods. The key is to be able to return to the program for review each year at the same time period to complete the review. 

It is unlikely that OSHA will resume regulatory activity concerning its withdrawn Safety and Health Management Standard under the current administration. However, if it should proceed in the future, it would be statutorily required to consider adoption of ANSI ZIO to address this issue based upon the requisites of the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act (NITAA), 15 USC 272, and the Office of Management and Budget s (OMB) Circular A-119, Federal Participation in the Development and Use of Voluntary Consensus Standards and in Conformity Assessment Activities. 

Many procedures of risk management have been implemented in different areas after development of ISO Guide 73, ISO 31000 and ISO 31010 ISO (2009, 2011), Hasofer et al. (2007). Also the acceptance of risk management methods given in those standards, which are related to standards of functional safety, has increased. In lEC according to Administrative Circular AC/7/2004...
