Applications and case studies

Three case studies are presented in this section. The first two studies desalbe the application of conceptual profiling to High Street pharmacy retailer brands and to the development of a derived index of fit-to-brand in the Single Malt Scotch Whisky category. The third study explores the relationship between our derived index of fit-to-brand and new product sales volumes. [Pg.105]

UK High Street pharmacy retailers using MMR s General Conceptual Lexicon  [Pg.105]

This case study demonstrates MMR s General Conceptual Lexicon (Fig. 5.3). It is used in conjunction with 2-way B WS (our preferred quantification tool) rather than Bullseye (our expedited quantification tool) simply because there is no real time or cost saving when less than four objects are profiled. [Pg.105]

The research was conducted amongst 300 UK residents who regularly make purchases from High Street pharmacy/healthcare retailers. All had recent experience of two or more of the retailers in question and awareness of the third. The research was conducted online and the time taken from inception to completion of the initial analysis was approximately 1 week. [Pg.105]

ELAP can be used for automatic generation of site points for docking, automatic generation of 3D fingerprints descriptors for ligands and proteins ready for che-mometric analyses and lead optimization. After a brief review of the theory underpinning the ELAP software, this chapter will illustrate some of its applications and case studies. [Pg.86]
