Wu Zhu Yu Evodiae fructus

Nausea and vomiting of clear water due to accumulation of cold and fluid in the Stomach add Ban Xia (Pinelliae rhizoma) with Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis rhizoma recens) to disperse the cold and fluid accumulation. In a severe case, Wu Zhu Yu (Evodiae fructus) may be applied to warm the Stomach and reduce the cold in the Stomach. 

Bu Gu Zhi (Psoraleae fructus) 120 g Wu Zhu Yu (Evodiae fructus) 30 g Rou Dou Kou (Myristicae semen) 60 g Wu Wei Zi (Schisandrae fructus) 60 g Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis rhizoma recens) 240 g Da Zao (Jujubae fructus) 100 pieces ... 

If there is severe vomiting and constipation, to Da Chai Hu Tang add Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis (Huang Lian) and Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae (Wu Zhu Yu). 

For cold hernia pain due to cold and dampness attacking the small intestine, subtract Peony, Mint, and Bupleurum and add Fructus Meliae Toosendan Chuan Lian Zi), Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae Wu Zhu Yu), Radix Saussureae Seu Vladimiriae Mu Xiang), and Fructus Foeniculi Vulgaris Xiao Hui Xiang). 

Semen Myristicae Fragrantis (Ron Dou Kou), 9g Fructus Psoraleae Corylifoliae (Bu Gu Zhi), 12g Fructus Schizandrae Chinensis (Wu Wei Zi), 9g Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae (Wu Zhu Yu), 6g raw Rhizoma Zingiberis (Sheng Jiang), 3g Fructus Zizyphi Jujubae (Da Zao), 5 pieces... 

For even more serious abdominal pain due to cold stagnation, to the above add Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae Wu Zhu Yu) and dry Rhizoma Zingiberis Gan Jiang) and subtract Gardenia. 

For headaches predominately at the vertex, i.e., along the course of the jueyin, add Fructus Evodiae Rutecarpae (Wu Zhu Yu) and Lumbricus DiLong).
