It is, of course, an usual practice to have a chemical laboratory directly under the command and supervision of a senior cadre laboratory technical personnel who should be consulted, as and when required, for his expert opinion and advice. When you are learning how to play a musical instrument such as a tuba, it is important to learn some basic techniques such as how to hold the tuba, which fingers to use on the valves, how to press your mouth to the mouthpiece for playing high notes versus low notes, and how to tune the tuba to other instruments.
