Of the originally proposed 37 chemicals, 11 were being sponsored in the voluntary HPV Challenge Program and SIDS program, 2 were being sponsored in the ICCA HPV Initiative, and 7 were removed from the Ust based on 2002 lUR data because they were imported or manufactured in volumes lower than the one million pound threshold. 71 Fed.
