Raloxifene side effects include bloody or cloudy urine painful urination pain in chest, arm or leg (rare) coughing blood (rare) sore/dry throat trouble in swallowing body aches cramping skin rash vaginal itching migraine headache (rare) and loss of speech, vision or coordination (rare). There is also an increased risk of blood clot formation (i.e., deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and retinal embolism) in patients with a history of these conditions if treated with Raloxifene. 

Skin A 23-year-old woman developed ocular and vaginal itching. Later-on symmetrical erythematous macules appeared on her limbs, mainly with involvement of hands and feet. Within 7 days there was a significant spread of skin lesions, which evolved into blisters. She reported the use of lansoprazole 15 days prior to the appearance of skin lesions. On examination, the patient was pale, febrile and tachycardic. Epidermal detachment involved more than 90% of her body surface. There were also some areas of skin erosion and a mild involvement of oral mucosa and lips with crust formation. Lansoprazole was discontinued, and the adverse event was managed with intravenous immunoglobulin (2 g/kg for 3 days), skin debridement and daily dressings. A significant re-epithelialization was obtained in 15 days. After 2 months, the patient displayed only residual hyperchromic macules [48 ]. 

Notify the primary health care provider immediately if any one or more of the following occurs vomiting, skin rash, hives (urticaria), severe diarrhea, vaginal or anal itching, sores in the mouth, swelling around the mouth or eyes, breathing difficully... 

Administration of miconazole for a vulvovaginal fungal infection may cause irritation, sensitization, or vulvo-vaginal burning. Skin irritation may result in redness, itching, burning, or skin fissures. Other adverse reactions with miconazole include cramping, nausea, and headache Adverse reactions associated with topical use are usually not severe.

Female partners may experience vaginal burning, itching, or pain, which is probably related to transfer of alprostadil from the man s urethra to the women s vagina during intercourse.

For the treatment of vaginal complaints such as dyspareunia, dryness and itching. 

Candida is a genus of yeast that when allowed to grow excessively, can lead to a (vaginal) yeast infection. This yeast infection can arise in MCS patients from time to time. Anal itching is also often a sign that there is too much Candida in the intestines.
