Under-application

If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstance will, for any reason, and to any extent, be held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deemed limited or modified to the extent necessary to make the same valid and enforceable under applicable law. If such invalidity becomes known or apparent to [insert company name] and to Seller, [insert company name] and Seller agree to negotiate promptly in good faith in an attempt to make appropriate changes and adjustments to achieve as closely as possible, consistent with applicable law, the intent and spirit of such invalid provision. 

Plastics are long chain, high molecular weight polymers which can be formed under application of heat and pressure into desired shapes and contours by a variety of processing techniques. Plastic resins are classified either as thermoplastics, if the material can be reprocessed under heat and pressure, or as thermosets if the material, once formed, cannot be reprocessed.

Application of the test substance to the test system is without doubt the most critical step of the residue field trial. Under-application may be corrected, if possible and if approved by the Study Director, by making a follow-up application if the error becomes known shortly after the application has been made. Over-application errors can usually only be corrected by starting the trial again. The Study Director must be contacted as soon as an error of this nature is detected. Immediate communication allows for the most feasible options to be considered in resolving the error. If application errors are not detected at the time of the application, the samples from such a trial can easily become the source of undesirable variability when the final analysis results are known. Because the application is critical, the PI must calculate and verify the data that will constitute the application information for the trial. If the test substance weight, the spray volume, the delivery rate, the size of the plot, and the travel speed for the application are carefully determined and then validated prior to the application, problems will seldom arise. With the advent of new tools such as computers and hand-held calculators, the errors traditionally associated with applications to small plot trials should be minimized in the future. The following paragraphs outline some of the important considerations for each of the phases of the application. 

A Cationic Graft Copolymer of Lignin. The applications of the anionic graft copolymers described above are many but the negative charge on the polymer or the behavior of the anionic polymer under application conditions often limit the utility of these materials. 

Phenylthio-l-trimethylsilylalkanes are easily prepared by the alkylation of (phenylthioXtrimethylsilyl)mcthane as shown in Scheme 10 [40], The treatment of (phenylthio)(trimethylsilyl)methane with butyllithium/tetramethylethylene-diamine (TMEDA) in hexane followed by the addition of alkyl halides or epoxides produces alkylation products which can be oxidized electrochemically to yield the acetals. Since acetals are readily hydrolyzed to aldehydes, (phenylthioXtrimethylsilyl)methane provides a synthon of the formyl anion. This is an alternative to the oxidative transformation of a-thiosilanes to aldehydes via Sila-Pummerer rearrangement under application of MCPBA as oxidant [40, 41]. 

Components manufactured in accordance with standards listed in Table IP-8.1 shall be considered suitable for use at pressure-temperature ratings in accordance with para. IP-2.2.2 or para IP-2.2.3, as applicable. The rules in para. IP-3.2 are intended for pressure design of components not covered in Table IP-8.1, but may be used for a special or more rigorous design of such components, or to satisfy requirements of para. IP-2.2.3. Designs shall be checked for adequacy of mechanical strength under applicable loadings enumerated in para. IP-2.1. 

That is why logically to assume the possibility of specific interactions also during the swelling process, since the values of parameters of the coal solubility S2, which are determining accordingly to the Flory Renner s equation are differed. Last but not least, ageing and destruction processes can be monitored in polymers under application, and structural and quantitative analysis of unknown additives (stabilizers etc.) is possible in commercial polymers using UV-vis spectroscopy. Advantage can be taken here of the fact that the position of an electronic absorption in unsaturated systems depends only weakly on the surroimd-ing medium. Even though UV-vis spectroscopy is not very specific in the absorption band, it is highly sensitive and therefore much better than NMR or IR spectroscopy to detect small amounts of chromophors. 

Overall, the simulation results show that N02 in the inlet feed of the SCR catalyst offers the potential for improving the NOx conversion efficiency. Up to 7% improvement were obtained for best case conditions (a=l, N02/NOx = 50%) in the simulation. How much of this improvement can be achieved under application conditions is determined by the design of the DOC (e.g., volume, noble metal loading) and the optimum urea dosage strategy which is needed in order to avoid NH3 slip.

Thermosetting - Capable of being changed into a substantially infusible or insoluble product when cured under application of heat or chemical means. Vulcanization is a type of thermosetting. 

R. ScHLOGL and U. Schodel 146) have supplied another proof for the usability of the Nemst-Planck flux equations combined with the M.S.T. model, also for the case that an electric current flows through an ion-selective membrane.
