Technical Training

The purpose is to describe the training needs, courses titles, and the frequency of the training to ensure the staff is acquainted (familiar) with their jobs and GMP requirements. 

All employees working inside the plant are responsible to follow the procedure. All departmental managers are responsible for the SOP compliance. The following departments will be subjected to training as applicable to their operations  

The manager concerned will identify the training needs and will inform the QA coordinator to provide the training sheet. Frequency of training courses the following courses to be conducted at the time of joining ABC Pharmaceutical Industries and every 5 years after that. If the training is not conducted earlier, it should be considered as initial from the first time conducted. 

SOP reading per day should be controlled to ensure understanding of the procedure and to avoid overburdening employees. Moreover, each department should ensure that when recording the SOP reading, a staff member should mention the following details  

The following training will be provided to all supervisors, technicians, analysts, workers, and QA staff working in sterile and non-sterile areas. The type of training can be selected from the topics also, training course materials can be searched from the Internet — for instance, courses provided by companies such as Savant, Micron, etc.

The question to answer for this pre-startup task is Who needs training for this process and to what level of detail One method to analyze training needs is offered by the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) technical training model. It points to the job task analysis method mentioned previously (Appendix D, ISD Model and Job Task Analysis Techniques) to identify procedure titles as a first step for determining which job positions require specific knowledge and skills.

The chemical reactor is the heart of any chemical process. Technical training needs will be evaluated once in a year. Training that is conducted will be documented.

This chapter establishes the basis for the Second Law of Thermodynamics. It is not critical that you read this chapter to be able to understand the more practical chapters on compression that follow. But, for those readers who have technical training, wouldn t it be lovely to actually understand the basis for the Second Law of Thermodynamics. This, however, is clearly not the only reason for such a problem nor is it the only reason for the inordinately tedious and involved procedures which are often reported and recommended.
