The reactor owners have estabUshed the jointly owned stock company Swedish Nuclear Fuel and Waste Management Company, SKB, to dispose of radioactive waste (except for the VLLW which is managed by the reactor owners), manage the SNF outside the NPPs and conduct the necessary R D work.
