Sterilizing sheet

The number of sheets required in the filter depends on the throughput of the bottle filler. Calculations show that 23 clarifying sheets or 45 sterilizing sheets (40 cm square) are required for a bottling line with a capacity of 3000 bottles/h.

Place in a humid incubator at 37°C with an atmosphere of 10% C02, 5% 02 and air. If a low oxygen incubator is not available, gas cylinders containing the C02/02 mixture may be rented.
