Software procurement practices shall meet the requirements prescribed by the ANSI/ASME NQA-2 standard. 

The ofganizatiori providing software services shall have a plan(s) for software quality assurance that meets the requirements of the Software Procurement section of NQA-2. WSRC shall determine the adequacy of this plan.
