We can assume that every group will meet its deadlines. However, as soon as the group realizes that a due date is in jeopardy and will not be able to meet the deadline with its own means and extra effort, the SCM must be informed immediately by mouth, phone or via the electronic communications system. 

As soon as a process driver sees that he will not be able to meet a deadline, he informs the SCM immediately. 

The SCM then tries to keep the customer deadline by attempting to harmonize the entire performance process. Its chances are better the longer this disruption lies before the confirmed delivery date.

There are broadly two uses of chemometrics that interest the process chemist. The first of these is simply data display. The nosology of anxiety disorders has changed considerably over the past 40 years (141). Such disorders were not mentioned in the original DSM. In DSM-II, problems with anxiety were considered a subset of behavioral disorders and were restricted to overanxious and withdrawing reactions. The DSM-III defined three types of anxiety disorders in children and adolescents overanxious, avoidant, and separation disorder. The DSM-III also acknowledged that children and adolescents could meet adult criteria for simple phobias, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). This decision is important in that it prevented the simple fact of drug addiction from making a person a criminal. It also acknowledged the growing belief that drug addiction was a disease appropriately treated by medical means.
