Severity descriptions

Several descriptions have been pubUshed of the continuous tar stills used in the CIS (9—11). These appear to be of the single-pass, atmospheric-pressure type, but are noteworthy in three respects the stills do not employ heat exchange and they incorporate a column having a bubble-cap fractionating section and a baffled enrichment section instead of the simple baffled-pitch flash chamber used in other designs. Both this column and the fractionation column, from which light oil and water overhead distillates, carboHc and naphthalene oil side streams, and a wash oil-base product are taken, are equipped with reboilers.

Capillary wall Generally, the most straightforward approach is to use an uncoated fused silica capillary. But sometimes this is not possible because of adsorption problems to the capillary wall, or other wall properties are needed to control the electroosmotic flow. In literature, there are multiple examples. Besides permanently coated capillaries, there are several descriptions of dynamic coatings available, e.g., triethanolamine, Triton X-100, Polybrene, and quaternary ammonium salts. The advantage of these dynamic coatings is that the coating can be renewed between injections, which could improve repeatability and reproducibility of the separation.

The selective extraction of hafnium from thiocyanate media into diethyl ether was first reported in 1947.300.30i xhe technique was subsequently investigated extensively in the USA with a view to the development of a suitable industrial-scale process, it being found advantageous for MIBK to be used as the solvent in place of diethyl ether.302 The first commercial plant was completed in 1952,303 ancj the process has since been used widely in the USA, England, France, Germany and Japan. There have been several descriptions of new cutaneous or pulmonary nodulosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with etanercept (4,18) concomitant cutaneous vasculitis was also reported in two patients (18). Although this may have been due to the natural history of rheumatoid arthritis or a lack of response to treatment, the short time to the occurrence of cutaneous nodulosis after the start of therapy in some patients implicated the etanercept. 

It has been demonstrated that wood cellulose can also be employed for the commercial manufacture of cellulose esters. As a result, a much larger volume of work and experience exists in Europe, and domestic practice tends to follow the procedures and techniques developed overseas. 

An additional association between Description and Property classes (called references) is added to allow Property objects belonging to one Description object to reference other Description objects. Such reference might be necessary, e. g., when there are several Descriptions of scanning hardware and we want to reference from some scanning software Description which hardware is compatible with this software. A Property belongs to one Description,but it can reference other Descriptions. Thus, Description and Property class objects can encode complex structures, if needed. 

Earlier this year (while using a different account) I posted several descriptions of experiments I had made about 10 years ago with plants containing natural psychedelics. One of these was Syrian Rue (Peganum harmala) which contains the harmala alkaloids, a family of psychedelic beta-carbolines.
