Review Documentation The project review team leader has the ultimate responsibility for documenting the results of the project review. This responsibility may be delegated to a team scribe or secretary to record trie review minutes and issue a summary report with listed action items. The action items could address exceptions to company or industiy standards and government regulations, review team recommendations based on experience and knowledge, and further issues for study that could not be resolved during the review session.

In my talk at this meeting I actually avoided discussion of 3He, until it was forced upon me during the question session. In part, this was because this subject was ably covered in Tom Bania s talk, in Dana Balser s poster, and in Bob Rood s conference summary. In part, however, it was because, in my opinion, for both observational and theoretical reasons 3He has more to teach us about stellar and Galactic evolution than about BBN. 3He is a less sensitive baryometer than is D since (D/H)BBN oc 7-1 6, while (3He/H)BBN oc r] 0-6. This summary is a compilation of the three main speaker sessions and the six breakout session discussions that allowed the participants to explore how to make green chemistry and engineering an integral part of curricula at all educational levels. Included here are short summaries of various oral presentations made at the Ninth Conference on Recovery of Biological Products, held on May 23-28, 1999, in Whistler, Canada. This conference has become the preeminent meeting in the field of bioseparations, and it provides exposure to the latest developments in the state-of-the-art downstream processing. Dr. S. Cramer of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute was kind enough to cover this meeting, and his report follows. Various session titles are listed in the order of presentation.

However, when done right, coaching should be an ongoing everyday part of our work lives, evaluations should be summaries of these coaching sessions, and discipline the last option when all else has failed. In fhis chapter, we look at these three components of supervising and managing. 

Background. Focused efforts must be taken to educate all customers of the improvement project. Multidisciplinary, multifaceted education is essential. When surveyed, clinicians have reported that short executive summaries or synopses of recommendations and expected benefits are most preferred. Involving the multidisciplinary teams to provide the education to their respective groups also can be very effective. Small group education sessions have been repeatedly shown to be very effective, and should be used to reinforce concepts presented at didactic sessions if large group programs are done. Ideally, one-on-one education should be performed also, because it has been shown to be very effective. - - ...

The unique and important schedule was the panel discussion in this session, and summary of each session Wcis conducted by distinguished persons moreover, from more than ten countries, the representative speakers presented the status and fjerspectives of chemical approaches of CO2 reduction in each country.
