I. High Serotonin 5-HT1A Receptor Affinity Test... 

The high affinity for the serotonin 5-HT1A receptor affinity, Kt, test was performed by determining the ability of experimental agents to displace 3H-dipropylaminotetralin from the 5-HT1A serotonin receptor using the modified procedure of Hall (1). Testing results are provided in Table 2, column 2. 

Lesopitron is a non-benzodiazepine anxiolytic drug. Its structure is similar to that of buspirone, and it is an agonist at central serotonin (5-HT1A) receptors.
