Satellite tracking

Generalizations about the photographic appearance of other features commonly found on the agricultural landscape can also be made. Clear water usually appears very dark blue or black, but muddy or turbid water appears light to medium blue. This is useful for satellite tracking of pollution situations. Fresh grain stubble appears very light or almost white, whereas clean plowed fields of dark soil usually appear dark blue. 

As an indication of line transient/surges, a commercial power line of 480 volts to a satellite tracking station was monitored for spikes greater than one joule by Odenburg (H).

A satellite tracking antenna has an angle 6 (radians) with the horizontal axis that must change as the satellite travels across the sky. To accomplish this, a feedback controller Gc(s) is used.
