If there is no evidence to show that another view should be taken, they are generally accepted as the correct practice to be carried out, and may be taken by the court as useful minimum criteria with which producers should comply. A further method of control is voluntary registration schemes and here I would just mention the Pesticide Safety Precautions Scheme.
