Run lists

Produce a post-mortem plot using data stored by means of a PREPARE statement. 1, 3, 4 are the run numbers. If the run list is omitted, all runs are plotted. X, Z etc., are the vertical variables. The last four parameters specify axis scaling and are optional, i.e., GRAPH X,Y,Z plots all runs with automatic scaling. 

Joint-Application Development (JAD) sessions Many projects can benefit from early structured sessions conducted by the development team and customers or users, whose purpose is to build a joint understanding of the requirements of the system to be built. They typically produce a running list of issues and the items listed under 4, 5, and 6.

Prepare solutions for each experimental run listed in Table 13.1 containing the target analyte (46 nM Cu2+) plus a low concentration (—1 level, 0.2 pM) or high concentration (+1 level, 5 pM) of each interferent. Solutions are prepared in 50 mM ammonium acetate buffer (pH 7.0). 

A batch or run listed as critical early in product development may later be determined to be noncritical if the course of development changes. In this case, these batches or runs can be deleted fromTable 1 in the next issue of the development report with a brief rationale. 

Porcher s Resources was a monumental work. Listing some 35,000 native plants, Porcher believed that 410 had medicinal value. Moreover, he gave an exhaustive list of native substitutes for imported drugs. For gum arabic (acacia), for example, he recommended slippery elm. Citing McKeown, Porcher suggested that a teaspoonful of the powdered [pleurisy] root in hot water, often repeated, acts as a safe and useful substitute for the preparations of antimony Porcher had particular favorites and tended to give them in running lists. All three runs listed in Table 4 were operated under the same conditions, except for the adipic acid concentration. Run 978-2A was a base case test without adipic acid. For Runs 979-2A and 980-2A, adipic acid concentration was controlled at a nominal 600 ppm and 1,200 ppm, respectively (615 ppm and 1,305 ppm actual). 

Only a brief study was made of the metalation rate of toluene by n-butyllithium because the reaction proceeded readily with TMEDA under most conditions. The runs listed in Table IV indicate just how much faster toluene metalation proceeded compared with benzene metalation. This rate was about 6.5 times faster with hexane as the solvent and at least 10 times faster when the corresponding aromatics (toluene and benzene) were used as the solvents. 

Select the best admissible move that transforms x into x with objective function value z xf) and add its attributes to the running list. 

Tracing back the running list, there exists a residual cancelation sequence with a single element (move 4), that is, the corresponding complement move 4 will be set tabu and the running of the algorithm is continued. 

Issue, Issues List Issues are questions that define the scope of the supply chain strategy. A running list keeps track of these issues and the response implicit in the strategy. Issues are often tracked in categories like Financial, Organization Measures, Product Development, Processes, etc. 

The analytical run Ust should be constructed in such a way that it meets any prevailing method or SOP requirements in particular, consideration should be given to the need to include a sufficient number of sample blanks in order to detect the potential for carryover. Positional differences (Section 10.2.9b) should also be considered when constructing the run list. 

Run summary sheets are paper records that are generated at the instrument, such as results tables, run lists etc. These should be maintained with the study record as essential documentation. 

The choice of the chronological sequence should be chosen such that the impact due to positional differences due to carryover. In general, the need to include additional carryover blanks in the run should be assessed during validation and specified in the analytical method. The run list is also used to generate an injection batch sequence, including rack and vial number, for the mass spectrometer data system and autoinjector. 

Recap Action Items One way to recap action items is to go around the room and say Most of you committed to action items—please review them for the group before we adjourn. Another approach is to develop, as the meeting progresses, a visible, running list of action items and who will do them.
