Analytical Run Lists

Prior to sample analysis, arun list that describes the samples, cahbration standards, blanks and QC to be injected, in addition to the injection sequence that is necessary to minimize effects of potential carryover (Sections 9.7.2 and 10.2.9b) and to provide the best monitoring of intra-mn variability. 

The choice of the chronological sequence should be chosen such that the impact due to positional differences due to carryover. In general, the need to include additional carryover blanks in the run should be assessed during validation and specified in the analytical method. The run list is also used to generate an injection batch sequence, including rack and vial number, for the mass spectrometer data system and autoinjector.
