RTP

Gate oxide dielectrics are a cmcial element in the down-scaling of n- and -channel metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSEETs) in CMOS technology. Ultrathin dielectric films are required, and the 12.0-nm thick layers are expected to shrink to 6.0 nm by the year 2000 (2). Gate dielectrics have been made by growing thermal oxides, whereas development has turned to the use of oxide/nitride/oxide (ONO) sandwich stmctures, or to oxynitrides, SiO N. Oxynitrides are formed by growing thermal oxides in the presence of a nitrogen source such as ammonia or nitrous oxide, N2O. Oxidation and nitridation are also performed in rapid thermal processors (RTP), which reduce the temperature exposure of a substrate. 

The aim of this work is the development of pyrene determination in gasoline and contaminated soils. For this purpose we used room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) in micellar solutions of sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS). For pyrene extraction from contaminated soils hexane was used. Then exttacts earned in glass and dried. After that remains was dissolved in SDS solution in the presence of sodium sulphite as deoxygenation agent and thallium (I) nitrate as heavy atom . For pyrene RTP excitation 337 nm wavelength was used. To check the accuracy of the procedures proposed for pyrene determining by RTP, the pyrene concentrations in the same gasoline samples were also measured by GC-MS. 

The SAXS intensity distribution was measured with a rotating anode x-ray generator (Rigaku Denki, Rotaflex, RTP 300 RC) operated at 40 kV and 100 mA. The x-ray source was monochrolmatized to CuK (A = 0.154 nm) radiation. The SAXS patterns were taken with a fine-focused x-ray source using a flat plate camera (Rigaku Denki, RU-lOO). In the measurement of the solution sample, we used a glass capillary (< = 2.0 mm Mark-Rohrchen Ltd.) as a holder vessel. 

Thermoplastic RPs (RTPs), even with their relatively lower properties when compared to thermoset RPs (RTSs), consume about 55wt% of all RP products. Practically all of the RTPs are injection molded with very fast cycles using short glass fiber producing highly automated and high performance products.
