When the inherent safety process has been expanded to review regular or routine operation, the team will look at all aspects of inherent safety to provide suggested improvements for both the existing facility and for the next plant. 

Although rules and procedures are a necessary and indeed essential aspect of safety, they need to be regularly reviewed and updated in the light of feedback from operational experience. Unfortunately, such feedback loops become less and less effective with time, and hence need to be reviewed regularly, preferably by an independent third party... 

It would be easier to describe those classes of compounds not normally separated by RPLC than to catalogue the applications to which RPLC has been turned. Applications for reversed phase can be found in virtually every area of analysis and are reviewed regularly in the journal Analytical Chemistry. Checklists are limited by their authors experience. They should be developed by individuals who have extensive experience with the processes they are analyzing. Frequently, checklists are created simply by organizing information from current relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Checklists should be viewed as living documents and should be reviewed regularly and updated as required.

Line management should establish a system to provide consistent information about incidents and compliance issues, together with associated follow-up actions. GAD is usually a chronic condition and buspirone is suitable for long-term treatment. Patients should be advised to expect a slow onset of benefits and be reviewed regularly in the early stages of treatment.

In this series the review by Mdbius103 covered the literature on PS I up to early 1994. Since that time a very large number of paper (>200) appeared in this narrow field that cannot be covered here in detail. The work on the FeS centres in PS I and related structures has been reviewed regularly by Hiittermann and Kappl.181"184 The interested reader is also referred to a special issue of Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (Bioenergetics) entirely devoted to PS I27 that contains six reviews in which EPR techniques are in the focus of research87,185"1851 In the following the key results obtained from EPR techniques applied to PS I will be highlighted. 

All equipment used should be checked regularly and monitored carefully to reduce random and systematic errors. The checking and maintenance should be documented and reviewed regularly.

Training programs for the three groups of employees discussed here should be documented, reviewed regularly, and included in a reference section of the facility ERP. But no matter how comprehensive the training...

Since partially fluorinated heterocyclic compounds are important in both academia and industry the synthetic state of the art has been reviewed regularly (74MI1 76MI2 77MI1 81AHC1 91MII). 

The development, validation, and application of TEFs have been reviewed regularly since 1984 by Safe [25,36,37]. The limitations of this approach have been identified [38]. To assess the relative potencies and to derive consensus on TEFs for PCDDs, PCDFs, and dioxin-like PCBs, the WHO-European Centre for Environmental and Health (WHO-ECEH) and the International Program on Chemical Safety (IPCS) have initiated a project and published their interim report [39]. The most important limitations, namely possible synergism or antagonism among dioxins and its stereo isomers and the lack of pharmacokinetic consideration, have been addressed in this report. USEPA researchers [40] showed that the relative potency of PCBs, PCDFs, and 2,3,7,8-TCDD is tissue specific and thus estimates of TEFs based on hepatic EROD activity is limited. Additionally, limitations of TEFs based on mammalian models to aquatic species have been demonstrated [41]. The international initiative on TEFs has recognized these pitfalls and recommended development of TEFs for fish and other wildlife. 

Another part of this section covers complaint files, which are reviewed regularly during FDA inspections. In fact, a complaint file review may be the sole reason for an inspection if the FDA receives a complaint directly from a pharmacist, which may be a cause for concern. Sometimes the FDA will visit a firm to follow up on a complaint, even though the firm may not have been informed by the complainant. In the event that a complaint is received by a firm, it should be evaluated and a response sent to the complainant. It may be necessary also to conduct an investigation and prompt further action regarding the product or batch in the marketplace.
