We found four types of timing skills in the literature time estimation, time production, time comparison and time reproduction. The last appealed to us most, since it seemed to lend itself to automated administration and scoring. Cell-based analysis (19,25) is related to cell-based design (see Subheading 2.3.). The complexity of the problem increases with the number of rotatable bonds in the ligand and the flexibility of the active site. Becanse audits are typically designed by safety professionals, they would be assumed to have content-based validity. Certainly the questions are those deemed by the designers to be the most important indicators of safety performance. The fact that, at least in some circumstances, reliable scores can be generated should satisfy us that the method has content-based validity.
