Although the Gulf States are developing countries, because of their formidable financial advantage, the Ministry of Health of these states recruits excellent (qualified and competent) staff. The heads of the Ministry of Health, Regulatory Affairs in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and UAE are either medical doctors or pharmacists.
