Note The alkylation of nuclear or extranuclear aminoquinoxalines is an unattractive process, and examples are limited. Initial acylation of an aminoquinoxaline is sometimes used to assist subsequent alkylation, and the acyl group can be removed later with ease.

When a method for HPLC is developed, it should be noted that each of the parameters that will be discussed is in no way isolated from one another and that any changes in the process should be made in a systematic manner. Automated systems are available to assist with the method development process and examples of these will be discussed as well. However, before any software programme is used, it is necessary to have an understanding of the processes involved in order to ensure that a correct and valid outcome is achieved. 

Components produced by shear forming are mainly parts for the automotive and aerospace industries, along with art objects, musical instm-ments, and kitchenware. PI techniques and equipment. However, intensification is not restricted to chemical processing, and examples dating back at least seven decades, using different names, reflect the ever-present interest in enhancing processes of heat and mass transfer.

Figure 3.5 shows a schematic pathway for this process and Example 3.5 illustrates how a simple formula is obtained when the masses of the elements in the compound are given. The masses of the elements can also be calculated when the results of a combustion experiment (discussed on page 71) are given.
