Process micro-scale device applications

Most of the above-mentioned methods are used inside a reactor for distribution to individual channels. One of a few examples in which distribution between several devices is reported is described in the following [140,141,148-150], This application is also a good example of the processing of fouling-sensitive reactions in micro devices.
