Pricking out

Germinate seeds in a warm spot, pricking out the seedlings into 3-4-in (7.5-10-cm) pots. Keep them growing in a warm place (54-6rF/12-16°C, depending on the plant). Once the first flowers show, they can be planted in a soil bed or into pots or growing bags. 

Air blisters generally occur due to trapped air during the processing of the rubber in the calender or extruder or during hand building up of the products. The remedial measures to be undertaken are 1) Modify process temperature or pressure, 2) Feed the calender or extruder with adequate rubber stock, 3) Prick out visible blisters when the compound is in unvulcanized state, and 4) Use bleeder cords between metal and the rubber sheets applied at the welded places in the rubber lining process.

Keep in mind the temperaments and personalities of the people you want on the team, but don t make this a primary criterion for selection. The only really safe way of injecting drugs is to use a completely new set of works every time.
