Performance evaluation reporting requirements

Accountability and transparency have several aspects reporting to and control by supervisory bodies clarity and openness of procedures criteria for decision-making and decisions made and existence of systems for complaint and appeal. Accountability and transparency can be evaluated by examining, in particular reporting requirements, external reviews of the authority s performance frequency of publications and content of website (and other means of communication between the DRA, the public and the regulated parties) bodies to which complaints are directed and appeals procedures. However, the individual details of these elements of regulation make quantitative comparison difficult. 

In the second edition, 64 new validation SOPs are added to describe documentation required for sterility assurance, qualification and requalification template reports of major sterile equipments, critical applicable procedures, templates for certification guidelines, media fill procedures, environmental control guidelines, training, and critical environmental performance evaluation procedures. 

A performance improvement effort will require time and resources for data collection and analysis. If the metrics data collection effort is too large for available resources, it is likely that specific data will not be captured and that could impact the validity of the system performance evaluations. Any data collection effort needs appropriate resources to execute the designed plan effectively. Sometimes insufficient or incomplete data can be worse than having no data if the reported data leads to false conclusions. 

Since most employers have an injury/illness reporting requirement, employees should have informed the company if they are having issues with wrist/back pain, at which point an ergonomics assessment could be performed. If employees are experiencing issues such as wrist pain, it may be better for the company (and the employee) to send the employee for an ergonomic medical evaluation, and make a determination whether there are problems or not. 

Driver/Credential Inspection - An examination that includes those items specified under the North American Standard Level III Driver/Credential Inspection Procedure. As a minimum. Level III inspections must include, where required and/or applicable, examination of the driver s license medical examiner s certificate and Skill Performance Evaluation (SPE) Certificate driver s record of duty status hours of service seat belt vehicle inspection report and HM/DG requirements. Those items not indicated in the North American Standard Level III Driver/Credential Inspection Procedure shall not be included on a Level III inspection. 

Actions to be taken when less significant unacceptable performance is encountered are.discussed in administrative.instructions on specific topics. AI-121 "Safety Evaluation Report Assessment Program" (Reference 24), requires that the four SRSPO divisions provide the contractor with monthly inspection reports which track the findings from inspections in each division and specify the current status of each finding. WSRC-1-03 requires the submittal of an evaluation report by supervision to the medical examiner prior to a recertification physical. This report is required by the procedure to include information specified by the medical staff, such as work performance, attendance, behavior changes, incidents of ineptness, poor judgement, lack of physical or emotional stamina, unusual absence or lateness, potential psychological or medical problems. Attachment B of the Medical Department procedure (Q3.1, 1004) also lists each of the above items (less medical department input) as "Facility Operators Report," which is included as part of the medical certification.

Sulfonylureas are not directly amenable to gas chromatography (GC) because of their extremely low volatility and thermal instability. GC has been used in conjunction with diazomethane derivatization, pentafluorobenzyl bromide derivatization, and hydrolysis followed by analysis of the aryl sulfonamides. These approaches have not become widely accepted, owing to poor performance for the entire family of sulfonylureas. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been evaluated for water analysis and soil analysis. The low injection volumes required in CE may not yield the required sensitivity for certain applications. Enzyme immunoassay has been reported for chlorsulfuron and triasulfuron, with a limit of detection (LOD) ranging from 20 to 100 ng kg (ppt) in soil and water.
