Soft imprinting using flexible stamp has ample potential to be applied for reel-to-reel process [54, 55]. To achieve fast process in reel-to-reel device fabrication, passive alignment process between flexible stamp and substrate is needed rather than active optical alignment procedure. As a passive alignment process, lock and key mechanism was studied between flexible stamp and substrate in soft imprinting.

A piezo-composite consists of a piezoelectric active phase and a passive plastic phase [2]. In the 1-3-configuration adopted in our case, piezoelectric rods parallely aligned in thickness direction are imbedded in a three-dimensional plastic matrix (Fig. 1). The distance between the rods has to be chosen inferior to the half wave length of the shear wave in the matrix material ensuring that the whole compound is vibrating as a quasi-homogeneous material.

Electronic Displays Large area capability of l.B films is an advantage, the monolayers can either be the active electroluminescent layer or used to enhance cihcicncy of an inorganic diode passive application to align liquid crystal displays. Deposition of liquid-crystal type molecules also possible. 

Over the past several years, Gruen and coworkers have examined the SH response from iron electrodes in alkaline solutions [45, 53, 172]. In their work on polycrystalline iron, they concluded that the potential dependent SH response which was observed during surface oxidation could be attributed to two intermediate phases on the electrode surface between the passive film at oxidative potentials and the reduced metal at hydrogen evolution potentials [53]. They have recently extended this work to Fe(110). In this study [172], they examined the SH rotational anisotropy from this crystal under ambient conditions. They found that the experiments reveal the presence of both twofold and threefold symmetric species at the metal/oxide interface. When their data is fit to the theory of Tom et al. [68], they conclude that the measured three-fold symmetric oxide is found to be tilted by 5° from the Fe(110) plane. The two-fold symmetric structure is aligned with the Fe(110) surface. 

Once a story is developed, it is crucial to stress test it. This can be achieved by looking at it from the viewpoint of the different audiences, such as customers, investors, or employees how would this particular audience respond to the telling of the current story What does it take to turn skeptics into believers and passive onlookers into active participants The next test would be to develop a full story variant for each audience. The variants for employees may be extended further in a story cascade . What form does the story take for key groups, such as business units, functional units, and front-line teams Is this a good story for the R D personnel, one that will increase the company s momentum in innovation Will the sales force be sufficiently excited and motivated by the story to reach the required sales volumes Of course, it is not really possible to define precisely what the story will mean to an audience, group, or particular individual. In the end, everyone connected with the corporation will tell their own version, but ideally in close alignment with the general theme.
