Operational System Safety Plans and

This section is a compendium of individual, tactical, short system safety plans or procedures that detail specific hazardous operations and processes and how they are protected. Some typical operations addressed are 

Confined space enfry Work in high places Toxic subsfances Elammables and combustibles Radiation 

Detailed design and test safety requirements and procedures are compiled in this section. For example, certain parts of the National Electric Code that are especially important to electrical safety are cited here. Any ASME requirements used in pressure system design and operation are also addressed here. The types of available personnel protection clothing and equipment supplied should also be described. 

This section also includes construction and operations safety procedures, safety design requirements, and human factors design requirements and considerations. 

Detailed emergency response procedures, call plans and call trees, and other emergency response actions are included here. Though business continuity is related to emergency management, those business continuity actions and activities that have safety implications are also included here.
