Having done so, we mix the seven (7) separate products. We could then plot the particle distribution as shown in 5.4.2., also given on the next page, where we have plotted the log of the size of particles in microns vs the log of the number of particles created. Obviously, there is a linear relationship between the two variables. The other factor to note is that this distribution consists of specific (discrete) sizes of pcuticles. 

However, SiC also exhibits other stacking sequences, as shown in 6.15.6., given on the next page. These arranged layers are called "polytypes" and are prevalent where simple compounds such as SiC and SiN are involved. In many cases, the properties of such compounds depend, to a large extent, upon the specific stacked layers obtained during formation. 

There s not just one DNA polymerase there s a whole army. DNA replication actually occurs in large complexes containing many proteins and sometimes many polymerases. In eukaryotic cells we have to replicate both mitochondrial and nuclear DNA, and there are specific DNA polymerases for each. In addition to DNA replication, you have to make new DNA when you repair. Consequently, the function may be specialized for repair or replication. There can also be specialization for making the leading or lagging strand. Some of the activities of DNA polymerases from eukaryotes and prokaryotes are shown in the table on the next page. 

But makeOrder is an action a specification of something that must be achievable with the system, although not necessarily something it must take the entire responsibility for. Remember that we have modeled it as a joint action (see Section 4.2.3, Joint Actions), and the responsibility partition has not been decided. The association between mania and antisocial behavior, including violence, is underscored in the DSM-IV. Aggression is specifically mentioned as a feature of manic behavior. It is noted that antisocial behaviors may accompany the Manic Episode, ethical concerns may be disregarded even by those who are typically very conscientious, the person may become hostile and physically threatening to others and physically assaultive, and the mood may shift rapidly to anger or depression (p. 330). The very next page in the DSM-IV repeats the reminder that symptoms like those seen in a Manic Episode may also be precipitated by antidepressant treatment such as medication (P-331).

All the important aspects of inclusion polymerization have been reviewed several times in recent years (3-6). As a final step, let us now return to phosphors and show the various types of fluorescent lamps manufactured in terms of emittance hues and tolerances. In the following diagram, given as 6.7.48 on the next page, we have plotted the Standard Specifications for fluorescent lamps, in terms of the chromaticity as defined by MacAdam ellipses. 

Obviously, the resonant-cavity must conform to a frequency mode of emission of our crystal. If the number of fissile units required for high subcrltical multiplications in a specific lattice type is known as a function of the lattice density, and if a good estimate of the critical number of fissile units for one lattice density Is available, the critical number of fissile units for other densities of that lattice type may be predicted. The number of fissile units required to produce a given inverse multiplication for the unmoderated and moderated arrays as a function of lattice density Is shown in Figs. 1 and 2. (See figures on next page). 

We commonly measure liquid volumes with precision volumetric glassware such as burets, pipets, and volumetric flasks. The National Institute of Standards and Technology in the United States has established specifications for Class A glassware two examples are listed in Table 2.2 on the next page. We may accurately determine the volume of a vessel at one temperature from the mass of a liquid of known density, such as water, that fills the vessel at this temperature.
