According to the EU project entitled Knowledge and Need Assessment on Pharmaceutical Products in Environmental Waters (KNAPPE), ecopharmacovig-ilance deals with APIs monitoring of sources, distribution, fate and biological impact on ecosystems and, ultimately, on human health [5], which environmental levels depend on the amounts sold/consumed, pharmacokinetic behaviour, degradation and wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) removal efficiency.

Reiy on your own judgment and experience and seek out the opinions of others whose insights you trust. The key question you need to answer at this point is. How much information does this person need from me to make an inteiligent decision ... 

The basis for your program plan should be your team s assessment of the current PSM status (Figure 4-11), which will have yielded a list of deficiencies compared with the required PSM elements. These gaps must now be translated into statements of required tasks, which in turn suggest work products for inclusion in your implementation plan. For example, your assessment shows that the process knowledge and documentation management system needs improvement. To address this gap you need to plan a series of tasks. 

Assessing the different groups against these knowledge, skill and attitude requirements, i.e. conducting a training needs analysis (see Chapter 8 for a more detailed explanation of this topic). 

Interviews and/or questiormaires to identify the areas in which training is needed using this method, you can assess deficits in knowledge, skill and attitude.
