Note 2. The further conversion into the yneamine CH3CEC-Morph is stopped almost completely by the addition of HO-tert.-Ci,Hg which forms the 1 1 complex with KO-tert.-CgHg. If the isomerization with KO-tert.-CgHg is carried out in DMSO, an equilibrium mixture of about 80 of the allenic amine and 20% of the yneamine is formed after 1-2 min at 30°C.

This method can also be used to analyse soil samples. For instance, fenpropi-morph, which is a non-polar pesticide with good UV sensitivity but poor selectivity, has, after treatment, been determined in soil samples (31). Rodentia (4/30) Of the 2000 or so species, none is suspected of loss. Even a highly fossorial form, the murine Mole Rat, maintains an AOS capacity (Heth, 1995 Zuri, 1998). A promising candidate, the subterranean and eusocial Naked Mole Rat (Batherygidae), shows little or no chemosensory contribution to reproductive regulation (Lacey, 1991 Faulkes et al., 1993). The role of its AOS remains to be discovered, possibly the outbreeding (dispersive) morph is the best candidate type (O Riain et al., 1996).

Second, the technology has mediocre reproducibility. Software is available to morph images so that spots can be lined up such software is expensive, difficult to use, and not always accurate in its alignment. To overcome this problem and to simplify quantitative comparisons between samples, Unlu et al. (1997) developed differential gel electrophoresis (DIGE), where two samples are each labeled with different fluorescent tags, pooled, separated on the same gel, and scanned at characteristic wavelengths to resolve the components. This technology has been commercialized by Amersham.

The effect of relative humidity and temperature on the physical and structural properties of the 1 1 isopropanol solvatomorph of warfarin has been studied [58], Below the critical relative humidity of 60-68% the solid is not hygroscopic, but becomes deliquescent at higher values of relative humidity without exchange of water for isopropanol. Storage of the solvate-morph at elevated temperatures causes formation of an amorphous solid owing to loss of isopropanol, which may proceed through an intermediate crystalline phase. 

The chemical and physical stability of aqueous and nonaqueous suspensions of a number of solvatomorphs of niclosamide has been evaluated in an effort to develop pharmaceutically acceptable suspension formulations [90]. Studied in this work was the anhydrate, two polymorphic monohydrates, the 1 1, Y, A"-dimethyI I ormam ide solvatomorph, the 1 1 dimethyl sulfoxide solvatomorph, the 1 1 methanol solvato-morph, and the 2 1 tetraethylene glycol hemisolvate. All of the solvatomorphs were found to convert initially to one of the polymorphic monohydrates, and over time converted to the more stable monohydrate phase. The various solvatomorphs could be readily desolvated into isomorphic desolvates, but these were unstable and became re-hydrated or re-solvated upon exposure to the appropriate solvent. 

Author s Comments That s obviously not true. The customer has had problems at 1A load too. So this explanation, even if true (and it is not) does not really fit the set of clues provided by the customer. It could be one reason, but is not the explanation. As indicated previously, the saturation rating of most inductors is not a cliff over which you suddenly fall off into a timeless abyss. Saturation usually just means the inductance has fallen by about 20 to 30% from its initial value. So in going further, say from 3A to 3.5A, you can expect the inductance to fall to about 50% of its initial value. But rarely any more For sure, it doesn t suddenly morph into a resistor. ...
