Monitoring of Progress

Internal safety system audits should take place every 6 months by a trained team of internal accredited auditors. The audit is not merely a safety inspection. A safety audit provides the means for a systematic analysis of each elanent of a loss prevention program to determine the extent and quality of the controls. It is a critical examination of all, or part, of a total safety operating system, and it is a management tool that measures the overall operating effectiveness of a company s safety and health program. 

An audit objectively, and in detail, evaluates an organization s occupational health and safety management system, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and supports a structured continuous improvement approach going forward. (McKinnon, 2012a, p. 89)

There is a characteristic regional impairment in AD that involves mainly the temporo-parietal association cortices, mesial temporal structures and, to a more variable degree, also the frontal association cortex. During this process of designing sequence changes, models were built and assessed to ensure that there were no obvious steric clashes and that the hydrophobic core was well packed. It s reasonable to expect that you will need to generate interim reports on the pilot test. Such reports would logically include discussion of progress to date, organized to include the key indicators you have been monitoring. In addition, you may wish to include other topics, such as ... 

Provide an informative management tool for the monitoring and control of progress, including the effect of changing circumstances that so often occur in the form of extended delivery time scales, revised requirements and new external constraints on the project completion date. 

The most important aspect of planning the work is that the plan should be constantly monitored for progress and the individuals responsible for particular areas of work should be kept well informed regarding delays or advances in the program.
