Bay Oil As was described in the Chavicol Section, there are three main types of bay trees (1) CaliforniaBay (Umbelluria califomica), (2) West Indian Bay Pimenta racemosa) and (3) Sweet Bay or Bay Laurel Lauras nohilis).
