Ladders training

Your employer must provide a ladder training program. The program must ensure you can recognize hazards related to ladders, and know how to minimize these hazards. 

It is expected that the company rules and policies for ladder safety will he followed hy all employees. The company is committed to providing you with safe and appropriate ladders for your work activities. It is your responsibility to use ladders safely in accordance with the company s rules and policies and the ladder training that you have received. 

The separate parts in the school chemistry textbooks are accompanied by student-exercises that mainly aim to train the students ability to reproduce the chemical knowledge presented. It takes quite a large number of chemistry lessons before a student will come to a point where the new chemical knowledge may be related to society and the everyday world. The OSHA regulations for ladder safety training ( 1926.1053) are very specific. You must teach employees to recognize hazards related to ladders rmderstand the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling ladders know the load limit for a ladder they are using and rmderstand the OSHA requirements. They must also be retrained as often as necessaiy to maintain their understanding of ladders.
