Knauer

Experimental part was provided by device Model Knauer-Compact with UV-detector (b=3 mm) at 250 nm and column Spherisorb-ODS-2 (250x4,6 mm). Sample volume was 1-2 p.1 injected by Reodyne 7725. Concentration range was 0.4-0.5 mg/ml for solutions of studied substances in DMSO. The organic modificator concentration range was 75-85 % w for methanol and 40-60 % w for acetonitrile in eluent (flow rate -1 ml/min). [Pg.286]

Molecular weight distribution was analysed by gel chromatography (0.5 % AG) equipped with a Shodex Ohpak B 805 column (500 8 mm) with phosphate buffer (pH 6.5) using diffe-rential-refractometer/viscometer detection (Knauer). For calibration a pectin series from vibration milling was applied. [Pg.660]

The fluid from the tube or the core leaves the valve through port 5 and enters the inlet of the sample cell of the differential refractometer (made by Knauer of West Germany). The residue flows out of the sample cell to the waste. The reference cell contains... [Pg.511]

Molecular weights were determined by vapour pressure osmometry in benzene solution using a Knauer apparatus. 5 concentrations over the range 1 - 5 g/ were employed and the molecular weight was obtained by extrapolation to infinite dilution. [Pg.272]
