Increased capability to measure performance The CMMS database provides a vast source of maintenance information to allow more effective measurement of maintenance performance and service. Successful CMMS applications will establish interned benchmeuks to provide a measurement for improvements in the areas of craft labor utilization, PM/PdM compliance, downtime, store inventory control, backlog, level of planned maintenance, etc.
