Impact on individual design

The specific properties of ABPP experiments had a significant impact on the design of postlabeling detection and identification methods, which will be summarized below. All methods represent complementary approaches that display individual strengths and weaknesses in important proteomic disciplines such as throughput, sensitivity, and sample conservation. 

Finally, material variables will have a direct impact on the design and process variables. Both the properties of the individual components and those of phases formed during processing are important in the design of extrusion processes. For example, the melt viscosity of a polymer can be lowered by the addition of plasticizer or increased by the addition of an immiscible dispersed phase. This behavior was clearly shown (Yang et al. 2011) for an API-polymer binary system.

The effect on detonation transfer of the parameters shown in Fig Ex22 were reviewed for the donor and acceptor expls RDX, HNS-1 (2,4,6,2/,4/,6/-Hexanitrostilbene of 3 microns particle size) HNS-11 (Same as HNS-1, except of 200-300 microns particle size), DATB (1,3-Diamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene), and TATB (1,3,5-Triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene) with a wide cross-section of sensitivities. The major design changes made in plants that have been installed to date have been described briefly. Many other individual improvements have also been made, but their combined impact on existing plants and in design of new units is not generally recognized. 

The vision on which this principle is based is the individual design of the holding in the context of the complex interaction of all impacting factors.
