Immunity longevity

Globally, undernutrition is widespread, leading to impaired growth, defective immune systems, and reduced work capacity. By contrast, in developed countries, there is often excessive food consumption (especially of fat), leading to obesity and to the development of cardiovascular disease and some forms of cancer. Deficiencies of vitamin A, iron, and iodine pose major health concerns in many countries, and deficiencies of other vitamins and minerals are a major cause of iU health. In developed countries, nutrient deficiency is rare, though there are vulnerable sections of the population at risk. Intakes of minerals and vitamins that are adequate to prevent deficiency may be inadequate to promote optimum health and longevity.

Ginseng is promoted as a tonic capable of invigorating the user physically, mentally, and sexually. It is also said to possess antistress activity, or to serve as an adaptogen, improve glycemic control and stimulate immune function. Claims that ginseng can improve athletic performance, enhance longevity, or treat toxic hepatitis are not supported by human trials. 

Continued vaccine studies are needed to determine the longevity of the protective immune response that is induced by recombinant RTA-based immunogens like RTAl-33/44—198 or RiVax. Additionally, it may be possible to develop RTA-based vaccines that combine the physicochemical advantages of the RTAl-198 platform for storage and stability with the desirable safety profile of RiVax. 

Have no or a low level of host immune reaction to ensure graft longevity. Preferably cells should be of human origin to increase compatibility between the encapsulated cells and the host. 

The issue of biocompatibility must be addressed to ensure that nanoscale biotic constructs demonstrate viability, longevity, and shelf-life in the artificial environment of a deployable sensor. This is especially important for applications such as implantable sensor nanodevices, tissue engineering, and drug-delivery systems. Research to understand, predict, and enable to the ability to nanomaterials to interact without eliciting negative immune, systematic, or other cellular responses in performance as a substrate that will support the cellular activity and will facilitate molecular and mechanical signaling systems is needed. 

The intrinsic abilities of the nanogels enable greater systemic accumulations of their dmg load and binding more immune cells in vivo increases the longevity of the patient and delays the onset of kidney damage, a common complication of lupus (an autoimmune disease)... 

The evidence from laboratory, clinical, and epidemiological studies that diet affects immune function is compelling, although precise recommendations of dietary choices for optimum health and longevity cannot yet be stated.
