Hydrophobic pen

Hydrophobic Pen - sections on microscope slides are outlined with hydrophobic material in the form of a box from a PAP-Pen or ImmunoPen to keep the solutions confined during incubations. 

Mark around the sections with a Dako pen or similar hydrophobic pen.
