High pressure liquid chromatography extraction procedure

Dichloromethane is widely used as a solvent in analytical laboratories, both in routine extraction procedures and in high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) separations. 

The methods of RNA isolation depends on the tissue and type of RNA to be extracted.
