Actual emission data are available from many handbooks, government publications, and literature searches of appropriate research papers and journals. It is always wise to verify the data, if possible, as to the validity of the source and the reasonableness of the final number. Some emission factors, which have been in use for years, were only rough estimates proposed by someone years ago to establish the order of magnitude of the particular source. 

Include all the information shown for volume in italics, especially for references to government publications and reports. 

Information regarding price and availability of all TVA publications may be obtained from the announcement bulletins which list them. These publications include Selected U.S. Government Publications, and GPO Price Lists 42 and 46. All of these are available from GPO. 

In addition to the regular trades and press releases, the database includes content from local, national, and international newspapers, government publications, and market research studies. Users can search by SIC and NAICS codes, company name, trade name, or geographic location. It is updated daily. Retrospective coverage goes back to 1972. 

There are presented here a selection of statistical tables taken mainly from government publications and compilations obtained therefrom which indicate with some accuracy the trends in the United States production and consumption of wines and liquors. The data are presented with a reservation that their accuracy, at best, is qualitative.

Despite the increased world consumption, problems remain in ensuring the availability and affordability of medicines, including those which are essential for treating the majority of common diseases prevailing in low and middle-income countries. The reasons for this are complex. They are not only related to hnancial constraints, but also to the attitudes of key actors in the health sector - a sector which comprises a network of relationships between the government, public and private providers in the health and pharmaceutical sectors, an important volume of industrial activity and the consumer.

Details of new publications of the UKAEA are noted in the daily, monthly, annual and cumulated lists of government publications and in the British National Bibliography. Sectional List No. 63 issued by HMSO lists all reports for sale up to the end of December 1960. In addition the library at AERE, Harwell, issues a Monthly List of Publications Available to the Public which includes reports and translations issued by the UKAEA, patents claimed by the Authority and articles by members of its staff that have appeared in journals. It also provides a list of depository libraries and indicates the price of those reports available for sale. Annual cumulations have been issued since 1956. 

Copies of patents are available from the US Patent Office and commercial search firms. Many government publications and publications on government-sponsored work are available from the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) and the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC).
