Fields definition table

Items are structured according to the fields definition table (Figure 1). The only required field in the data base is REPORT, a report code and accession number assigned to each paper. For papers which mention more than one product, a DOCPT (a single alphabetic character) is assigned. Consequently, REPORT uniquely identifies the product paper REPORT and DOCPT uniquely identify a PRODBIB item. [Pg.11]

Keyword list. The keyword list which is generated as a result of our specifications in the fields definition table contains an author index and a report code index (Figures 3 and 4). In addition, LANGUAGE, TYPE, CATEGORY, COMPOUND, and ROUTE are prefixed keywords (Figure 5). All other fields with MALIMET terms are keyed (Figure 6). [Pg.19]

The RAC and processed commodities to be collected for each crop are listed in OPPTS 860.1000.
